Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
During launches, promotions, holidays, or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

We offer local delivery across Kuwait within 1–2 business days.

Rapture is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance processes.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information at checkout.
Rapture is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
If a shipment is returned due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal to accept the package, additional re-shipping fees may apply.

In such cases, estimated production and shipping timelines will be clearly stated on the product page.
Orders containing pre-order items may ship once all items are available.
